Custom Karting Helmet

Jason Donnell from Southern California asked us to make a very special custom karting helmet for his son Evan. Evan races go-karts, and Jason wanted a custom painted Karting helmet that would match Evan’s racing colors, the livery of his custom kart and style. We worked hard on the design, using custom helmet painting skills to make something really cool and one-of-a-kind.

We started this helmet painting project by talking with Jason about what Evan liked. Jason told us that Evan’s go-kart, has its own special colors and designs. We took some of those same colors and shapes and added them to the helmet. That way, the carting helmet would match the cart perfectly.

Jason also said Evan really likes Lewis Hamilton. So, we used some ideas from Lewis Hamilton’s helmets too. We mixed those cool racing styles with Evan’s cart look to make a helmet that shows off both speed and personality. That’s the fun part about custom painted helmets—you can mix anything you want, and there are no rules.

This custom painted race helmet was on an Arai helmet.  Evan’s Arai custom painted helmet turned out to be a perfect match. We used bright colors and shiny paint that looks amazing when the sun hits it. When Evan races with it, the helmet really stands out.

We used helmet airbrushing to make the design look smooth and clean. Custom helmet airbrushing helps the colors blend together nicely and makes everything look professional. This wasn’t just any paint job—it was a full custom airbrushed race helmet that took time and care to get just right.

On the sides of the custom automotive helmet, we added sharp lines and patterns that match the shapes on Evan’s cart. The top of the custom airbrushed carting helmet has a bold design that pops out and shows off Evan’s favorite racing look with the Hamilton logo. The front has racing stripes that flow back over the top and give the helmet a fast, moving feel, even when it’s standing still!

This custom painted auto racing helmet is also safe and tough. While it looks awesome, it’s still made for protection, which is super important for racing. That’s why I like painting custom helmets like Arai and take great care during helmet painting, the way I would want my own done.

Everyone who sees Evan’s custom painted kart helmet says how cool it looks. The colors sparkle in the sunlight, and the whole design just screams speed and style. Whether Evan is racing on the track or just getting ready in the pit, his airbrushed racing helmet makes him look like a pro.

Jason and Evan were so happy with the final look. Jason said it turned out just the way he imagined. This was one of those projects where everything came together perfectly—design, color, safety, and style. It’s always special to make something for a young racer with big dreams.

Now Evan has a custom painted racecar helmet that matches his cart and shows off his personality. He looks like a real racing star out there, and we’re excited to see how far he’ll go. With his new custom Race helmet, Evan is ready to hit the track in style!
