After custom painting several helmets for Bawls Guarana, the energy drink company decided to have a helmet custom painted especially different for one of their most decorated pro BMX riders Matt Pohlkamp. We started with a Bell Moto 8, had it chromed, and used House of Kolor kandy apple red to create the red-chrome finish, which looked flashy on the Olympic stage as well as represent their new flavor of cherry at the time.
